Givzy, Inc. (“Givzy”) is committed to respecting the privacy of its
users. This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into
the Givzy Terms of Use, found here, sets forth the online data
collection and usage policies and practices that apply to you and
your participation and use of the Givzy.com Web site and/or Givzy’s
online proprietary technology, functionality and content linking
service as well as other services, newsletters and programs offered
through or in connection with the Givzy.com Web site (collectively,
“Givzy Service”) and does not apply to information Givzy collects
for any other purposes. By using or accessing the Givzy Service you
accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Givzy
collects user submitted information such as name, email address,
location, and age to authenticate users and to send notifications.
Givzy also obtains information about those who click on links
provided by Givzy. To the extent links provided by Givzy are hosted
by third parties or take users to third party sites, third parties
may obtain information about those who click on such links. Givzy
also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP
address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type,
from users of the Givzy Service. This data is used to manage the
Givzy Service, track usage and improve the Givzy Service. This
non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third
parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to
members as well as cultivate relationships with charities. User IP
addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
Givzy does not collect email addresses of recipients of emails
that contain a link previously provided by Givzy even if such
recipient sends an email that contains such link. |

1. Personally Identifiable Information |
|
Givzy does not share or make available to third parties any
information that will personally identify you such as your name,
address, or email address, except as contemplated below or in the
Terms of Use. Personally identifiable information is kept solely for
creating user accounts, verifying participation in the Givzy
Service, and contacting users directly in connection with their
participation in the Givzy Service. Email addresses are used for
the purposes of communicating with users of the Givzy Service, and
are required for certain Givzy Services. With the exception of
forwarding emails created by a user to such user through the Givzy
Service or as a result of sending Givzy newsletters or notifications
to user who has opted in, a user's email address is not shared or
displayed by Givzy to anyone. Users may choose not to receive email
of this type by, as applicable, either not participating in the
service and/or by unsubscribing to the Givzy email by following the
directions set forth in such email sent by Givzy. From time to time,
Givzy or third party may sponsor a campaign, promotion, sweepstake
or contest on or in connection with Givzy.com. Users may be asked to
provide personal information including name, email address or home
address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may
transfer personal information to such parties that you have
explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear
at the point of collection who is collecting the personal
information and whose privacy statement will apply.
To the extent you forward emails that Givzy sends you, you are
forwarding your personal information to others, and Givzy makes no
efforts to maintain the privacy of such information. Those emails
may be forwarded by others to additional third parties. To the
extent you include numerous email addresses of recipients (e.g., to,
cc, bcc) in your email, those email addresses may be collected by
others. |

2. Non-Personal Information Collection and Use

Givzy.com logs information that does not personally identify you,
including your IP address, your Internet Service Provider, aggregate
data, access times, referring Web site address, your geographic
location, and browser type. This data is used to manage Givzy.com,
track usage and improve the Givzy Service and is not linked to any
information that can personally identify you. This
non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third
parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements. User
IP addresses may also be recorded for security and monitoring
purposes.

a. Aggregate Data |
|
Information may be collected about your usage of the Givzy Service
or pulled from your user profile and aggregated with data from other
users. This aggregated anonymous data will not contain any
identifying personal information. Aggregate data is collected so
that Givzy can build a better, more efficient and useful service by
performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics
and behavior of our visitors and members. We may provide statistical
information based on this data to advertisers and other current and
potential business partners and charities.

b. Use of Cookies |
|
When you visit Givzy.com, a cookie will be stored in your computer.
A cookie is a small computer file that contains certain tracking
information. Cookies are utilized by Givzy.com and the Givzy Service
in a variety of ways. |

Givzy uses cookies to store visitors' preferences, such as to record
session information for purposes including ensuring that visitors
are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements, and to customize
newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type
and user profile information. Cookies are required to authenticate
and use your account. Ads appearing on Givzy.com or made available
through the Givzy Service may be delivered to users by Givzy or an
advertiser through the Givzy Service or advertising network made
available to Givzy. We or these advertisers (or their agents) may
set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your
computer each time you are sent an online advertisement, and when an
advertisement you have forwarded is clicked on by another
individual. In this way, ad servers may compile information about
where you, or others who click on the advertisement, saw their
advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This
information allows advertisers and ad networks to deliver targeted
advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you,
and allows Givzy to track advertising click-throughs initiated
through the Givzy Service. You may be able to configure your browser
to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie
is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of
your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. Some
Givzy Services may require you to enable cookies in order to use the
Givzy Service.
This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by Givzy and does
not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. Please note that
Givzy.com allows third party advertisers and advertising networks
that are presenting advertisements through the Givzy Service to set
and access their cookies on your computer. Advertisers' use of
cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the Givzy
Privacy Policy.

c. Use of Web Beacons
|
|
Givzy.com may contain single-pixel images, otherwise known as Web
beacons, which would allow Givzy to track users to Givzy.com and to
track use of the Givzy Service. Web beacons would not contain, and
would not be used to access, any information that can personally
identify you. If at all, Web beacons will only be used to compile
aggregated statistics about our Web site usage. Web beacons would
collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number,
time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which
the Web beacon resides. |

3. Links |
|
Givzy.com contains links to sites and makes links to sites available
on emails initiated by users and Givzy and sent to users to
participate in the Givzy Service. Givzy is not responsible for the
privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to
another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that
site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on
Givzy.com.

4. Email Choice/Opt-out |
|
Users of the Givzy Service who no longer wish to receive updates or
notifications may unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe
procedures set forth in any email sent by Givzy. All notification
emails and Givzy newsletters include instructions for opting-out of
those communications in the future.

5. Security |
|
Givzy takes precautions to insure that member account information is
kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member
information that is stored within our database, and we restrict
access to member information to those employees who need access to
perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel
and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the
security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use,
hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information Givzy Collects |
|
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Givzy will
not disclose personal information to any third party unless we
believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal
requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other
legal process received by Givzy, whether or not a response is
required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the Givzy Terms of Use or
to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of
the public and users of the service. Givzy reserves the right to
transfer personal information to a successor in interest that
acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Givzy
or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

7. Changes in Our Privacy Policy |
|
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we
make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of
what the changes are so users will always be aware of what
information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it.
A user is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he
uses the site after those changes have been posted. If, however, we
are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a
manner materially different from that stated at the time of
collection we will notify by posting a notice on our Web site for 10
days.
